What if I don’t like the estimate you provided?
If you don’t like the estimate, we encourage you to contact us by replying to the email containing the estimate. We’ll work with you to make good things happen. Our goal is to always place customer service first and if you’re unhappy, we need to fix that.

How flexible is my estimate?
Generally speaking, the estimates we provide are already well below the business-standard. However, we are willing to work with you to arrange payment plans and/or even lower rates if you truly need our help. We also encourage low-budget start-up small businesses and nonprofit organizations to apply for our bimonthly giveaway. If your company or nonprofit is selected, we’ll design your website at absolutely no charge.

What do I need before I make a payment?
All you need to pay the deposit fee is a copy of your estimate and a credit card. On your web design quote estimate is an invoice number and a required deposit amount, which you will need to enter in the appropriate fields for either Google Checkout or PayPal on our Payment page.

When do I have to pay?
Take a look at our Payment page for payment procedures. Basically though, you’ll need to pay a deposit before we start designing your website and pay the rest before we launch the website on your server. We do not charge any hidden fees, ever.

Is my deposit refundable?
Your initial deposit is fully refundable until we begin Phase 3 of your website design. Once we begin Phase 3 it is no longer refundable. As a side note, final payments and special payments are never refundable.

What if I want something that you can’t do?
Again, we’d refer you to our Payment page to learn about “Special Payments”.

How long will it take to design my website?
The simple answer to that question is, “I don’t know.” On the other hand, that’s one of the main reasons our quote request form is so detailed. By gathering a lot of information from you up front we’re able to provide you with a very realistic and budget-friendly estimate. The estimate will contain approximate deadlines for each phase of your website design. Developing the content (text) for your web pages usually takes the longest. We do not include estimates for marketing material such as business cards or fliers. Those will be discussed after the website is designed and launched.

Will I get to see my website in the various stages?
Yes, we will send you links to your website sandbox (development area) where you can see each phase of the design process as they are completed. You will then be given the opportunity to approve or reject the design up to that point. We will advise you what you should be looking for at each phase.
